DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd. provides Software as a Service (SaaS) products, cyber courses, and cyber forensics policies.
Payment and No Refund Policy
a. All purchases made on our website are non-refundable.
b. DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd. does not provide refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods.
Data Security
a. DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd. prioritizes the security of your data. We employ industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal information and data stored on our platform.
b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for restricting access to their accounts.
Termination or Suspension for Non-Payment
a. DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services immediately upon failure to make timely payments for purchased products or subscriptions.
b. Upon termination or suspension due to non-payment, your access to our services will be restricted until payment is received in full.
Communication of Termination or Suspension
a. DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any potential termination or suspension due to non-payment.
b. Users will be notified via the email address associated with their account.
Limitation of Liability
a. DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
b. In no event shall DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd.'s total liability to you for all claims related to our services exceed the amount paid by you during the most recent twelve-month period.
Dispute Resolution
a. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties.
b. In the event negotiation does not resolve the dispute, either party may initiate legal proceedings, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
Precedence of Terms:
In the event of any misalignment or discrepancy between the terms and conditions stated herein and those expressly discussed and agreed upon in a formal written agreement between the user and DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd., the terms outlined in the formal written agreement shall take precedence and govern the relationship between the parties. Any conflicting or inconsistent provisions in these general terms and conditions shall be superseded by the terms negotiated and agreed upon in the formal written agreement.
Refund Policy

No Refunds
a. All sales are final, and DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd. does not offer any refunds.
b. This policy applies to all Cyber Intelligence based Software as a Service (SaaS) products, Cyber Courses, and Cyber Forensics Products & Services.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, solely at the discretion of DCCF Labs Pvt. Ltd. Users seeking a refund under exceptional circumstances should contact info@deepcytes.io with detailed information.
